Sec 260 Checker Road WAIKERIE, SA 5330

Classic stone ruin on approximately 1/2 acre allotment. No power, No water, No worries, a great opportunity to remove yourself from modern shackles and start as the settlers did. With nothing at all other than an iron will and perspiration they scraped and scratched away at the land and built Australia to be what it is today. There's plenty of room to establish a vege garden, chook pens and even a tethered goat or lamb. Take on the challenge the rewards are in the achievement.
