146 Page Drive Blanchetown, SA 5357

This property has seen many happy family gatherings over the last 35 years, but now is the time for another family to start making memories of their time spent on the river. Situated in Riverbanks Estates at Blanchetown, 1 hours from the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, the property is one of the highest along Page Drive and is not prone to flooding in times of high water.

Downstairs is an entertaining area, two bedrooms and the second bathroom and laundry. Upstairs is the main bedroom with ensuite and the open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan in this area.

The terraced river front was only renewed 18 months ago. Wonderful views from the balcony where you could sit and enjoy the sunsets over the magnificent cliffs, while relaxing at the end of a busy day on the river.

If you have ever dreamt of owning a property on the river, call me today and your dream can come true.
