6 White Street WAIKERIE, SA 5330

POSITION, PRICE and POTENTIAL
The one thing this business doesn't have is your name in front of it.

Established customer base (operating for 44 years)
Prime location being situated next door to Australia post and directly opposite Waikerie's largest retailer and only chemist
Surrounded by parking
Sole trader in shoes for the area
Stockist of handbags, purses, belts, travel goods and luggage
Freehold premises (no landlord)
The last time this business changed hands was 24 years ago. At that time there was no work available so the current owners purchased themselves a job. After raising a family and supporting them in a very comfortable lifestyle through all economic climates it's time to pass the baton. The owners are retiring however they will remain in the area and are more than prepared to assist in the transition for whoever purchases this treasure.
The business is offered for sale including the freehold, fixtures, fittings and 44years of established client base for the amazing price of $135,000 plus stock on hand.
If you are thinking of a change of lifestyle this little gem is waiting for a new family to put their name on it. Owning the freehold is an obvious benefit because while the new owners build the business they are not paying increased rentals to landlords for their hard work.
