Promoter
The promoter is Riverland Sales Group Pty Ltd trading as Ray White Riverland (ABN 70 654 163 381, RLA302148) of 238 Renmark Avenue, Renmark SA 5341 (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to South Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, an eligible person must book and complete a free property appraisal with the Promoter prior to 12:00 pm (ACST) on 5 December 2025.
Only one entry is permitted per property appraisal.
Prizes
First Prize: $2,000 cash.
Second Prize: Nintendo Switch console, retail value $469.
Third Prize: Summer Pack consisting of a 31L Esky, Beach Umbrella, 2 Towels, and Picnic Blanket, total retail value $618.
Total prize pool value: $3,087.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, except where a prize is cash.
Draw and Winner Notification
The prize draw will take place at 238 Renmark Avenue, Renmark SA 5341 at 12:00 pm (ACST) on 10 December 2025.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw via phone or email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
Winner Publication (Legal Requirement)
In accordance with the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA), where the total prize pool exceeds $250, the details of each winner must be published.
Accordingly, the first initial, surname, and postcode of each winner will be published on the Ray White Riverland Facebook page, unless a winner has notified the Promoter in writing before 9 December 2025 that they wish to opt out of publication.
Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize is not claimed within 28 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Any redraw will take place at the same location on 15 January 2026.
Other Entrants
This competition is being run in conjunction with Aaron Willis, Pat Catalano and Janis Richter who’s entrants will also be included into the draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control, including but not limited to insufficient entries or lack of public interest, without liability to any entrant or other party.
