As Operations Managers go, Rita Kinley breaks the mould. 

Yes, she’s the cash flow queen, master of management reporting, and the budget forecaster, but there’s no confining this fun-loving and widely qualified administrator to a spreadsheet - her TEAM “Together Each Achieves More” mantra couldn’t be heard louder in the Ray White Renmark office. 

Tapping away at an accountancy degree, Rita is also qualified in the food and wine processing industry, and another random fact – she loves to draw, paint, and play soccer in her free time.

Quite the lively all-rounder, usually landing herself in a lot of fun.

But everything in balance, Rita is passionate about her role at Ray White Renmark. With a hand always up for hard work and with a history of juggling dual real estate roles - one in Berri, one in Brighton, week on, week off - nothing is impossible, she says.

So, it’s clear Rita’s give-it-everything, get-it-done persona is adaptable to progress, new programs, concepts, and continual improvement. Her loyalty, ethics, and attitude see her work just as well in a team or autonomously.
